Natalie connected with Robert over Twitter and loved his approach to the emerging artist, theatre, and his passion for exploring and offering solutions to the disconnect between venue and artist. She was super excited to come on board as a producer within KickitDown's Lockdown Liftups. So what is Lockdown Liftups and how can actors, artists, writers, creatives get involved?

Artists Share

Lockdown has been a very tough time socially, emotionally, financially and creatively for all of those involved in the arts. Artists Share is a space to talk (on-line) about those things and the joys that are found in this time also. It's about ensuring connection through that shared experience.

The 1st Artist Share took place on Wednesday 27 May 2020 and was a huge success with artists calling in from everywhere including LA!

Watch this space and social media for me dates!

To sign up email KickitDown.

Sunday Share

Every Sunday on KickitDown's social media they will be posting a call out for artists work. The favourites will be posted the following Sunday. Email KickitDown to submit your piece when you see the share callout.

Isolation Gallery

The Isolation Gallery is going to be a virtual collection of work that artists have created during this time of lockdown. These can be anything from:

  • Paintings

  • Sketches

  • Short films

  • Pieces of Poetry

  • Photographs

Submit your piece to the KickItDown email. We can not wait to see them!

Screen To Screen & Monologues

Robert was inundated by scripts from writers for plays that are set in screen to screen mode and radio monologues. He got nearly 700 scripts ! Pure evidence of the talent out there.

Look out for the launch of the final pieces.
